Diffusing essential oils is often the 1st place someone will begin their journey of utilizing the power of nature in their home + health. And for good reason because diffusing is a powerful way to cleanse the air, create a feeling in the space and improve cognitive ability

The Essential Emotions book can help you explore this more.I recommend that you diffuse 3 x day for about 30 min at a time …
Here’s what I typically diffuse throughout the day:Morning blends:
3 drops each Wild Orange or Grapefruit + Peppermint
or 2 drops each Lavender + Wild Orange + Spearmint
or 2 drops each Rosemary + Lemon + PeppermintAfternoon blends:
2 drops each Arborvitae + Bergamot
or 2 drops each Sandalwood + Lavender + Wild OrangeEvening blends:
2 drops each Lavender + Breathe blend
or 2 drops each Spikenard + Lavender
